Description

Description

Optical receiver: Ouput level 80 dBμV, wave length 1100-1600 nm
Overview:
Optical receiver OD003 converts optical signals into RF electrical signals. It works with optical transmitters that transmit modulated light over single-mode fiber optic cables. Such optical links can transmit multiple channels from the headend to distant locations in the city etc., using fiber optic and PON technology (Passive Optical Network).
Due to small size, modern design and suitable parameters, OD003 is ideal subscriber receiver for FTTH systems. Its extended frequency range of the RF output signal (47-1002 MHz) allows for allocation of additional channels.
The optical receiver features high sensitivity (-10…-3 dBm), thus it can be used at the end of comparatively long optical links. The maximum RF output level of 80 dBμV is suitable for distribution of the channels via passive components throughout an apartment, office or house.

Features:
● Very compact optical receivers for cost sensitive installations with extended frequency range 47~1002 MHz
● Electronic setting of all parameters
● AGC based on optical input level
● Digital indication of optical input level and other parameters
● Connectors:
– RF inputs – type F
– Optical – SC/APC
